Returns and refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it free of charge. Items must be returned to us undamaged and in the same condition as when you received them, with barcode labels and any other packaging that is an integral part of the product.
I deliver directly to your door anywhere in Luxembourg.
For deliveries outside the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, please contact us by e-mail or telephone so that we can agree on the most suitable means of delivery and budget.
